Enrollment Forms (Signature Documents)

Students are provided with all required gear and clothing. Payment in full is required upon enrollment. If you have health insurance and would like to pursue reimbursement, we can provide necessary documentation for filing insurance a few weeks following a student's departure. Lone Star Expeditions is unable to directly bill insurance companies and therefore requires parents to assume this responsibility independent of tuition payment. Student Loans may also help cover the cost of enrollment.

Payment options include Visa or MasterCard, cashiers check or direct wire transfer. Additional financing options are listed below. When an application is submitted, clinical and medical approved, and payment received, an enrollment date is confirmed. Should your child not attend as scheduled, tuition will be refunded. Please note that until we have received your complete application and any required documents, we cannot enroll a student.

We are pleased to offer parents assistance with the loan process. Shauna Clark provides personal, hassle-free assistance throughout the loan process. She is often able to secure funding for all your expenses. Reasonable interest rates (amortization over 15 years) will allow families to finance their child's stay with affordable monthly payments. In some instances payments can be deffered for up to 6 months. Loans have no prepayment penalty or cancellation fees. Shauna has personal experience with struggling teens and understands the additional burden the financial piece can bring.
